1. Facility Rules and General Terms

Welcome to kokojumpcircut.live. By accessing our aquatic facilities or using our digital booking application, you agree to comply with our general safety guidelines and rules. The pool deck is a wet environment; running, diving in shallow areas, and horseplay are strictly prohibited.

2. Booking & Cancellation

All lane reservations, class bookings, and facility access passes must be completed through our digital interface. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive credit. No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Hygiene and Cleanliness

• All guests must shower before entering the pool or wellness areas.
• Proper aquatic attire is required. Street clothes are not permitted in the water.
• Glass containers are strictly forbidden anywhere on the pool deck or in the locker rooms.

4. Safety & Liability

While our facility is monitored by certified professional lifeguards, visitors swim at their own risk. kokojumpcircut.live is not liable for lost or stolen personal items left in lockers or on the premises. Lockers are provided as a convenience.

5. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our platform for booking, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
